The Jet Shop will always welcome you to its facilities and encourage you to enjoy everything that east Tennessee has to offer while you're here (See the Entertainment page for more information), but we understand that emergencies and last-minute issues may arise that prevent you from coming to us. In those cases, our Mobile Service Unit (MSU) is well equipped to come to you. Among other tools and equipment, the MSU contains a ground power unit and compressor, a Universal Hydraulic mule and jacks to handle most gear swings, and an extensive library of tech manuals with print-out capability.
Whether you require on-the-spot repairs, inspections, or other services, we will be happy to speak to you, evaluate the situation, and arrange for on-site servicing. You will not only enjoy peace of mind in knowing that your aircraft is in good hands, you also will save a great deal in fuel, time, and travel expenses.
